The fragile beginning of the human being, one of the biggest mysteries of the universe, should never be taken for granted. The red and blue streaks of oxygenated and non-oxygenated blood represent the contrast of our life experiences as mortality and immortality, divinity and humanity continuously co- exist. The fluid style of The Beginning is unique and very different from most of my paintings, because I used a substantial amount of water and gravity for creating “the foundation of a human life”.
LOVE (Age 13 - 2008)
The hands are portrayed as comfort and affection of love. The unborn babies, vulnerable and dependent, represent all life.
